75 minute run in the Park

Alright, I finally managed a 75 min run in the Park after work. There was still light even by 8 pm. I should enjoy this, together with my treadmill. Now I can't find an excuse to quit running. I will need to squeeze time for my weight lifting though. I am hoping I'd be back in the scene tomorrow. As for this blog, oh well, I need more days off to read health articles. For now, I am so immersed in work and other reading materials that reviewing health books becomes nearly impossible. But I'd be back.

Treadmill again

I am not sure anymore how much I treadmilled the last week. I know I did some 45 minutes yesterday and 55 minutes the day before. We're talking about 3/05/09 and 3/06 here. Today is my day off so I may run in the park in pm. Actually my running sched will start getting better tomorrow because of the change in time. There will still be lots of light after quitting time at work. I believe it will be bright until 7:30 or so in the evening. That's fantastic.

Treadmill 50 minutes

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I am treadmilling the last couple of days because I am back to Rehab work that zaps all my energy at the end of the day. I simply don't feel like going to the gym lately. I simply run every morning. This is what happens when all my races are over. I am still working on something I'd post in my other blog....later...
