gym bike 20 min, Swimming 40 min

hello, now i am back in my other gym that has a pool. i did biking as a warm-up and swimming for the aerobics. i did alternate lap freestyle and breast stroke with lots of rest periods in between and it just was fine. now i feel tired, i mean, very tired before work. but i'd get over it. i might run tonight or tomorrow morning, depending o how i feel.

60 min, Run in the park

Sixty minutes; yay, I need to rest after that.

Elliptical 30 min, bike 30 min

I've returned back to the gym. Got measurements for its pool. It's twenty five yards length. Temperature is going down down down in Florida.

Run treadmill 55 minutes

yeah before i forget. i might plan on testing myself for triathlon. i'd start today.

in Miami

No workouts over the weekend. I served as support crew for my buddy Matt's triathlon. Matt got a hotel right in front of the beach. Whew, had a good time though I spent most time reading on bed because... really ... I'm too exhausted from previous week's work.
